| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation - Nitrate reporting DETAILS: I contacted the operator Kriss Schneider by phone. I informed him of the nitrate violation. Mr. Schneider thought the nitrate test was done last year and submitted to state. I asked him to resubmit it since the state has no record of it. SDWIS now shows nitrate test results for 2007. Submitted to State April 26, 2008. ACTION NEEDED: Resolved | ||
