| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow - up DETAILS: Arsenic was overlooked in the 2007 round of testing because of different testing schedules for IOCs. I previously contacted the operator and informed her of the deficiency. She pulled the Arsenic sample on 3/26/08 and has sent it for analysis to the Alexin Lab in Tigard for analysis. ACTION NEEDED: Report results to DHS | ||
