| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint Response DETAILS: Mike called to follow up on the complaint of pressure loss. Butch Rogers is helping with the system operations. The well continues to produce 50 gpm. One pump fills both the upper and lower cisterns based on a pressure switch, and the upper cistern has problems filling as it is at a higher elevation. Although the water levels in the upper cistern have been low, there has not been a complete loss of pressure at the upper service connections. The well pump is failing, and will be replaced under warranty. Discussed ideas on how to get one high-use customer to conserve water. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
