| Details: | SUMMARY: OERS report of milky water DETAILS: A chemical feed malfunction at the WTP caused alum to overfeed into the raw water line, causing a milky appearance. The event was not associated with the Illinois River as originally reported. The situation was resolved within a few hours and there were no water quality concerns. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
