| Details: | The phone number in our records for Deer Island Waterworks, which is overdue for pH water sampling, goes to Crow Water in Scappoose, OR. I sent Crow Water's main email account a notice informing them that Deer Island Waterworks (which presumably Crow Water manages/is affiliated with), is required to collect pH water tests every 14 days minimum at the entry point (EP-A), and every 36 months (3 years) in the distribution system (DIST-A). I attached a copy of Oregon Health Authority's Water Quality Parameter Monitoring Form - Lead & Copper Rule Corrosion Control form.
