| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to sample for coliform 1st quarter 2008 DETAILS: During regular semi-annual inspection of restaurant we informed the operator that the first quarterly coliform water test sample was missed of 2008. We informed the operator that the next coliform water test sample was due by the end of June 2008. We informed the operator that the next nitrate water test sample was due by the end of 2008. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor for compliance. | ||
