| Details: | I spoke with Carla, We set a time to visit the site and take photos; Photos will be sent to the state for review. At this time both the operator (Carla) and I believe the likely source of contamination is a below-ground storage tank that is cemented shut (has never been cleaned). She voiced her concern about the water quality and will be continuing with plans to install UV (she has been informed that any changes in make and model require plan review with the State). She informed me she will be completing the nitrate advisory today (5/6) and distribute to tenants, send a copy to me, and to the state drinking water compliance email. |
