| Details: | SUMMARY: Engineered Control Products to install chlorinator. DETAILS: Mike Kelly of Engineered Control Products has been hired by the City to install a chlorinator at Well 4. Flow from Well 4 at 300 gpm mixes with Well 5 prior to entry into the reservoir. So, the recommended solution feed is 12 gpd of 12.5% sodium hypochlorite at Well 4 to yield 3.5 mg/l chlorine. After the wells mix the residual in the reservoir should be about 1.2 mg/l. ACTION NEEDED: Mike Kelly to submit specification data on chlorine equipment for review. | ||
