Details: SUMMARY: Questions regarding stare letter to non-EPA systems DETAILS: Keith called me about the state letter. I emailed him lab information. He understands that he needs to do quarterly bacti and annual nitrate testing. He has not been testing regularly. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor to see if he becomes compliant with water testing requirements.
