| Details: | SUMMARY: Met with Dan and Gary Poff to discuss their plans to replace the 1000 pressure tank. DETAILS: I informed Dan that he would need to go through the plan review process before installing the 2 - 3500 gallon poly storage tanks. I gave him the plan review paperwork and discussed who the new contact person is for the system. We discussed the states revolving loan fund and the state circuit rider program if they needed extra help. Dan mentioned that they would be using Star Water System and Poage Engineering for installation of the new reservoirs. They would like to install the reservoirs sometime this summer. I asked him to keep me informed. We also discussed some issues the system has had with Water lab. I gave him a State approved lab info sheet in case he was interested in changing labs. I informed Dan that the system qualifies for a monitoring reduction for IOCs and DBPs. We updated the coliform bacteria sampling plan. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for more information on plan review. Fill out Chemical Monitoring Schedule Change Form to reduce monitoring for IOC and DBP | ||
