| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive TCR DETAILS: Telephoned Mr. Gilbertson concerning the recent coliform positive sample. Mr. Gilbertson stated that he would take the ensuing samples as soon as possible. Mr. Gilbertson stated that he had not removed the aerator from the faucet when he had taken the previous sample. Additionally, Mr. Gilbertson stated that work had been done (pump pulled out of well for electrical issues) in the previous 3 months. I instructed Mr. Gilbertson that in the event of another failure he would need to call this office regarding further action (posting, shocking etc.) Mr. Gilbertson stated that he would call this office with results ACTION NEEDED: Awaiting ensuing results. No further action needed at this time. | ||
