Details: SUMMARY: none DETAILS: 5/08/08: Received coliform positive alert via email from DHS. Contacted operator concerning positive result and asked operator to take 4 repeat samples as soon as possible. 5/12/08: Talked with operator she states one repeat sample returned as positive but not the original positive site. Informed her to take 4 repeat samples from that new location immediately. 5/14/08: Operator called and all repeats were negative except for the new location. Operator has isolated source of positive as one specific user location. Dave Leland has been consulted. Under his recommendation water system has removed this user site from sampling rotation. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples next sampling period.
