| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample collected on 7/14/08 positive for TC DETAILS: 7/17/08 - I spoke with Wanda and reminded her of the need to collect four repeat samples. It is likely that the routine sample was positive because it was collected from a poor sample tap (bar sink). It was specifically recommended that this tap not be used in the past. I discussed sample tap selection with Wanda. 7/21/08 - One passing repeat sample was collected on 7/18/08 from the kitchen sink. A violation will be incurred for failure to collect four repeat samples. I notified Wanda. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be collected in the month of August. | ||
