| Details: | SUMMARY: Inclusion of hatchery in Eagle Creek CG PWS DETAILS: US Forest Service currently provides water to the Oregon Fish & Wildlife Hatchery consisting of three homes and the hatchery. There is no purchasing agreement between the two entities. The Forest Service does not currently take total coliform samples at the hatchery connections. ACTION NEEDED: Edan will revise the total coliform sampling plan to include the hatchery connections to the system in both routine and repeat total coliform samples. Hatchery is considered as an additional connection to the Forest Service water system. Edan will take the coliform samples on the source water before the ultraviolet units at the hatchery, and will ensure that samples are taken at the hatchery during the winter season when the Forest Service is not using the water, but the hatchery is. Edan will use the routine, reapeat, and any special coliform samples on both sites to devise appropriate public notice and source remediation that reflects the results on both sites. | ||
