Details:	SUMMARY: Routine sample collected on 7/23/08 tested positive for total coliform. DETAILS: 7/28/08 - I received a call from Dale (maintenance staff). He informed me that the system was chlorinated immediately following the 7/23/08 sample result. On 7/25/08 one repeat sample was collected that also tested positive for total coliform.
