| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: 6/5/08: Received coliform positive alert via email from DHS. Contacted operator concerning positive result asked operator to take 4 repeat samples as soon as possible. 6/13/08: Have not received any results called operator to verify. Operator states that repeat samples have been taken. Waiting for results from Water lab. 7/31/08: Contacted operator asked for verification of repeat sample results. Operator faxed one repeat result showing negative. Explained that a total of 4 repeat samples were to be taken. Operator claims he checked with the State of Oregon Drinking Water Program and was told the one sample was okay. I reminded the operator to take a total of 5 routine samples next reporting period. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples next sampling period. | ||
