| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Tried calling him but there was no response. I went out to establishment the following week. I brought info for building a spring box. Timber harvesting in past several years may have damaged spring flow. I also had him fill out public notice and brought the information back to office. I mailed public notice to Drinking Water section. He is using bottled water for consumption. ACTION NEEDED: I asked him to do 4 repeat tests and 5 routine tests. | ||
