| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform alert investigation DETAILS: Alert was emailed to me on July 25, 2008. I contacted JT at Co-op Supply to discuss this alert with her on August 4, 2008. She had already super-chlorinated the well and sent in one repeat water sample. I told her that as long as that repeat came back negative then all she needed to do was send in 5 routine water samples this month. ACTION NEEDED: Repeat sample will be evaluated and 5 routines will be taken this month. | ||
