| Details: | SUMMARY: 2 of 4 repeats positive for total coliform July 2008 DETAILS: Frank called me and reported 2 of the 4 from a second round of repeats were positive for total coliform. He said the = tests were from the well and the treatment plant. The reservoir and 5th street tests were OK> Frank mentioned that he had to make a repair on a broken hose/line. I asked him to take 5 routine samples for the month of July. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on monitoring. | ||
