| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Routine sample 7/21/08 positive. Spoke with operator John Farlow on the 23rd and all 4 repeats had already been taken. (well, cistern, clubhouse, lodge) Well and cistern repeats also positive. Received PN from Debra on the 25th. PN had been emailed and hand delivered on the 24th. Well and cistern have been chlorinated and special verification samples will be taken in a couple days. ACTION NEEDED: Correct problem, verify and take 5 routines in August. | ||
