| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert response for unresolved TC+ violation DETAILS: Called Pauline on 7/3/08 to discuss TC+ sample taken on 7/1/08. She said that the lab has already collected 4 repeats. She also said that she is leaving the area for a month and her daughter Sue Hamon (410-0127) would be my contact. Received notice on 7/8/08 that 3 of the 4 repeats were TC+. Called Sue Hamon and advised her to disinfect their cistern (2 quarts bleach in 20,000 gallons) and distribute public notice. Emailed Sue sample public notice for unresolved coliform event. ACTION NEEDED: Disinfect cistern and post public notice. | ||
