| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to latest violations list - missing 2 months coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Sarah Thomas regarding the coliform sampling for July and August 2008. The July sample was mixed up with the lab situation in Pendleton. Augusts sample was collected and mailed off but there was no analysis done nor any follow up. Sept sample was collected Sept. 9th and hand delivered to Pendleton Lab. I called the lab and confirmed the sample was analyzed and the results were negative. I asked her to follow up on samples if she doesnt hear back from the lab. ACTION NEEDED: none - State should return to compliance once result is received in Portland. | ||
