| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TCR alert DETAILS: Lucille is the new contact change for this water system. I spoke with her about the sample collected last week. Asked her to take 4 more repeat samples as soon as possible. She had just gotten the bottles from the lab and said she would take them right away. I asked her to take a repeat sample at the original location, one at the well (if possible) and 2 other locations - one upstream and one downstream if possible. I also explained about taking the 5 routine samples next month. In reviewing the water system, I saw that the nitrate sample had not been recorded for the previous 2 years. So, I asked Lucille to collect a nitrate sample this year. In speaking about labs, I did mention that Magic Valley does pick up samples in their area every Wednesday and that may be an option for them. I gave them the phone number. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples as soon as possible and then 5 routine samples in October. | ||
