| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil water warning lifted. DETAILS: The boil water warning was lifted at 12:30 pm Saturday 13 September. A good chlorine residual (0.3 mg/l) was measured throughout the distribution system, and coliform samples taken on Friday 12 September were coliform negative, including the source water sample from Well 3. I reviewed the water sample results and recommendations for improvements to Well 3 equipment with Mayor Bonita Hebert, current operator Mike Gibson, and former operator Forest Green. ACTION NEEDED: City to complete facility improvements and water quality testing at Well 3 so it can more readily be activated when needed. | ||
