| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: One of 5 routine samples was positive dated 4/8/08. Amanda stated that the person taking the sample may not have let the water run long enough. The sample cite is not used often and standing water may have been in the lines. Also left message informing Ms. DeRuwe that the Springfield drinking water office has not received raw water samples monthly as requested. ACTION NEEDED: Take four repeat samples. If all are negative take five routines the following month (May). If positive post Public Notice and take corrective actions to find the source of contamination. | ||
