| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate above MCL. DETAILS: Bill Goss of Pendleton office was notified of this before I was. He offered appropriate corrective action for Island Citys operators. NO3 sample for well #1 (UNIO 639) was analyzed at 15.0 mg/L ACTION NEEDED: Public notice must be issued Well #1 must be removed from recirculation. Operators need to locate source of contamination. Possible contamination from undocumented septic system nearby. | ||
