Details:	I contacted the firm with the following email message: The purpose of this email (left a phone message on 05/29) is to facilitate corrections to the significant deficiencies noted during the water system surveys for the Lil Pantry Markets located at 148 Merlin Rd. and 5030 Monument Dr. The water system surveys were conducted in December of 2019 with a couple of deficiencies noted at each public water system. The attachments at the bottom of the page are to aid in correcting the deficiencies for no Coliform Sampling Plan and no Emergency Response Plan. Basically, complete the paperwork and send back to me for each water system and I will note the items as being corrected. The issue of the wellhead (at 148 Merlin Rd.) not being protected from flooding unfortunately isn’t as easy to correct. That being said, what I do need is a realistic timeline for correction. I conducted the water system survey on a rainy day and did observe the water draining from the parking lot and filling the vault containing the wellhead (took picture of this as well). This was also noted as a significant deficiency on the previous water system survey conducted in November of 2014.
