Details: SUMMARY: Follow up on alert, Routine TC+ DETAILS: 6-18-08 the routine sample was TC+, the system pulled 4 repeat samples on 6-20-08 and was notified Saturday that they were all positive. The system was shut down and they have shock chlorinated the well. Operator plans on opening the system only after the system tests coliform negative. ACTION NEEDED: Keep pump handle off of the well until samples come back clear.
