| Details: | SUMMARY: Phone follow up on 6-03-08 regarding TC+ test results. DETAILS: I received a call regarding necessary testing from Helen who is the new operator for the system. She got one of those letters from the state telling the water system that they were delinquent in testing. I informed her on the necessary testing requirements for a NP system and has arranged testing. She pulled a routine TC sample and it was TC+. She has pulled 4 more samples on 6-9-08 and as yet has not info on the results. ACTION NEEDED: Get results of repeat samples, 5 samples are due in July which is also the next quarter. | ||
