| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform positive routine sample from 9/11/08. DETAILS: A routine sample tested positive for the presence of total coliform bacteria. Test results also indicated a lack of chlorine residual. System has been on boil notice since December 2007 storm damage and has been issuing quarterly boil water notices to customers until the situation is resolved. System is actively pursuing merger with Wauna Water District and the use of their spring sources. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to distribute precautionary boil water notice and pursue development of alternative source with Wauna Water District. | ||
