| Details: | SUMMARY: Elevated arsenic sample DETAILS: Sample taken 6/27/08 was a quarterly sample for arsenic. The results were 0.0113 which is above the MCL of 0.01. Left message with Mr. Curtis to continue testing on a quarterly schedule until the arsenic level is consistently and reliably below the MCL. Also asked Mr. Curtis to notify our office with plans for correcting the system to supply water at>0.01 arsenic. ACTION NEEDED: Continue testing for arsenic on a quarterly basis and continue to develop a plan for the removal of the excess arsenic in the system. | ||
