| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Telephoned Steve Kolu concerning failed coliform sample. Mr. Kolu stated that the sample taken was mistakenly taken pre-UV. Therefore, Mr. Kolu had spoken to Scott Curry with the state drinking water program and had the first sample waived. Subsequently, another sample was taken post UV treatment and the distribution sample passed. A positive coliform sample is posted for 6/4/08 but the positive sample for 6/11/08 was removed. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed. Spoke to Mr. Kolu about ensuring that future samples are taken in the distribution system. Post UV treatment. | ||
