Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform on all four repeats DETAILS: Laure took the four repeats using correct sampling techniques. After the positive results were received Laure noticed that the filters were full of sediments. Laure has since changed the filters. A repair man has checked the UV light. However Laure was not told if the system is in fact functioning properly. She has agreed to follow up with the repair man to assure proper function of disinfection system and to monitor filters for sediment build up. I faxed the Public Notice template to firm. ACTION NEEDED: Firm must post public notice in a conspicuous place. A copy of the Public Notice must be sent to Drinking Water. Notice must remain until negative sample results are received by Drinking Water. Recommend to take a routine sample this week or before July 1st to verify corrections have resolved the problem. Followed by five routine samples in July.
