| Details: | SUMMARY: Called re: one positive repeat TC test result DETAILS: Phoned Linda because one of their four repeat samples came out positive for TC - the one taken at the well. They already shock chlorinated the system last night, and posted public notice. Karen Kelley and I will visit the system in a couple days and discuss/look at what might be leading to the periodic contamination. The operators will give me a copy of the Public Notice at that time. I also asked a program geologist for an evaluation of their well construction. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of well evaluation. Field visit on 9/25/08. | ||
