| Details: | Speak with Mr. Johnson regarding a routine sample taken on 6-25-18 that tested positive for coliform. Operator claims in response to this, 4 more samples(3 dist. and 1 trigger) were taken on 6-27-18. Operator claims that the chlorinator pump has malfunctioned and that a pump company has been contacted for repairs. Discuss the possibility of 3 temporary routine samples to be taken in July. |
