| Details: | SUMMARY: Elevated arsenic June 20, 2008 DETAILS: Quarterly arsenic was 0.0137 which is above the MCL of 0.01. Left message with Mr. Alvin to continue testing on a quarterly schedule until the arsenic level is consistently and reliably below the MCL. Also asked Mr. Alvin to notify our office with plans for correcting the system to supply water at >0.01 arsenic ACTION NEEDED: Continue testing for arsenic on a quarterly basis and continue to develop a plan for the removal of the excess arsenic in the system. | ||
