Details: SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Systems annual nitrate result on 6/12/08 was 12.2 and verification sample on 6/18/08 was 12.0.Called owner Cary on 6/24/08 and discussed violation options and public notice. Cary had already contacted a water treatment company and the OAWU for advice. An OAWU representative will be going to the site to look at options. An alternate deep well is available on adjacent property and may be an option. Sent Cary a summary letter, PN template and nitrate health effects info. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice and quarterly monitoring until remedied.
