| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: On August 7, 2008 I spoke with WL Kelly by phone regarding the positive total coliform result. She informed me that 3 repeat samples have been taken. This systems coliform sampling schedule is once per month however they have been regularly taking two samples per month, this technically permitting them to take 3 repeat TCR samples as opposed to 4 repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples will need to be taken in the following month. | ||
