| Details: | SUMMARY: Field check for completion of plan review DETAILS: While I was up the McKenzie Hwy, Casey Lyon asked me to stop by this system and check on the plan review work that was recently completed - raising the wellhead above grade. I found the elevated wellhead, took a photo, sent the photo to Marsha Fox and Casey, and put a copy in the PWS file. Did not get the name of the woman who showed me the well. ACTION NEEDED: None known. | ||
