Details:	Operator contacts me with information regarding repeat samples. She claims two of the distribution samples were absent of coliform but the upstream sample was positive. She confirms that the chlorine residual at the time of sampling was .6 mg/L. We discuss different scenarios that could have caused this one positive sample. Instruct her to submit 3 distribution samples in the month of July label temporary routines.
