| Details: | Spoke with Jim regarding the E. coli positive source sample (SRC-AA). Samples from all 3 wells and a distribution sample were collected on 6/3/20. One source sample was FC+ while the other samples all came back absent for bacteria. Upon learning of the positive result, the park staff investigated Well #1. The well is located in a small enclosed building with insulation. When the insulation was removed, a missing cap from the wellhead was noted. Monday (6/8) it was discovered that the well pump wiring was damaged. Required samples are not able to be collected until the pump repair work is done. The well is currently offline until repairs and sampling can be done. | ||
