| Details: | SUMMARY: leak and line repair DETAILS: Jim Stephens called to let me know they have leak in one of the water lines and no pressure in some of the system. I told him to issue a boil water notice. He is also going to disinfect all repair items and piping, replace the pipe, and disinfect the system. He is going to leave the chlorinated water in the system for 24 hours, flush, and take at least 2 coliform samples 24 hours apart. He will report the results to Casey Lyon and discuss removing the boil water notice. ACTION NEEDED: Casey will receive a phone call from Jim Stephens when Jim gets the coliform results back. | ||
