| Details: | SUMMARY: Responded to rotification from PDX that samples were received on a PWS marked "inactive" DETAILS: I received a notice from DMCE that a water quality sample result was received for this PWS, which was inactive in status. After searching in vain on the internet, I called Analytical Labs and they gave me the current business name and phone number for the system. I reached Theresa at the restaurant, got updated information, and scheduled an upcoming WSS to cover the Plan Review/start up issues. I changed the system status, chem sampling schedules, and contact information on the database today, and notified the appropriate people in the Portland DWP office of the system name change. ACTION NEEDED: Will do a WSS next week and send results to Marsha Fox to satisfy Plan Review requirements. | ||
