| Details: | SUMMARY: Resolution of complaint of slime coming from water tap DETAILS: Dave called to state that the City of Hood River has tested the water coming from the tap at 2178 Montelo Avenue in Hood River, the location of the complaint on 9/17/08 of water containing slime. Special samples were absent for total coliform and e.coli. City has met with individual and they feel the poor quality of water is due to something inside the home, the interior plumbing or water heater. No other complaints received in this section of the water system. City followed up with Hood River County Environmental Health. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. City to follow up with DWP on future complaints. DWP to assist as necessary with complaints related to drinking water quality. | ||
