| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Sampling Plan and Cross Connection Enabling Authority Assistance DETAILS: System was referred by DWP for technical assistance follow up from a Sanitary Survey. The system does not have a coliform sampling plan or written Cross Connection enabling authority. I met with Cammie to review all of the deficiencies that I can provide assistance with and discussed follow up activities. I prepared a written coliform sampling plan after reviewing distribution map and site accessibility. I reviewed the existing WD by-laws and prepared a draft Cross Connection enabling authority and emailed it to Cammie for review and comment. ACTION NEEDED: Complete final Cross Connection enabling authority. | ||
