| Details: | SUMMARY: System water outage. DETAILS: Oct. 2, Thursday morning, Operator started getting out of water calls. Followed up and found that the booster pump overworked and emptied the 0.125 M reservoir. The 0.3 M reservoir was overflowing at this time and was not discovered until later. To return system to use operator flowed water back into system from 0.3 M tank. WTP was off until it could be backwashed and started up. Until system was filled and flushed and tested, operator issued a Public Notice (radio and posting) warning users and to flush and be aware of discolored water. Allan said he reported problem to Annette P. at County HD. ACTION NEEDED: Allan will collect 4 routine bacteria samples from distribution. | ||
