| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliform positive sample from 10/1/08 DETAILS: A routine sample taken 10/01/08 tested positive for the presence of total coliform bacteria. I called and spoke to Mrs. Van Dyken, who assured me that 4 repeat samples had been taken today. I gave her the emergency phone number for DWP to call (503-704-1174) in case any of the repeat samples also came back positive. I also gave her the number for Oregon Emergency Response (1-800-452-0311) in case she could not reach anyone dialing the DWP emergency phone. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat sampling. | ||
