| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey Followup DETAILS: Sanitary Survey identified several significant deficiencies needing correction and referred the system to HBH for assistance. I met with the owners and reviewed coliform sampling protocol and existing cross connection enabling authority (which they did not know anything about) and system O&M procedures. I prepared a written coliform sampling plan with map and I prepared a cross connection enabling authority after discussing MHP by laws. I also assisted on site with completing the 2007 ASR and emergency response plan. I helped with chlorinator issues ad residual problems. ACTION NEEDED: As needed/requested by the water system on cross connection enabling authority. Complete O&M manual. Possible return visit for chloride residual issues. | ||
