| Details: | SUMMARY: Responded to positive TC test result DETAILS: I phoned the number on record (the church). The person who handles water system duties for the church, Harold Hardenbrook, is a parishoner and not reachable at the church number. Harold has also been out of town this week. The pastor, Darren Knowles, was notified by Delta Labs about the test results on Monday (10/6/08). They instructed him on what to do. He took the 4 repeat tests on Tuesday (10/7). Waiting to hear results. He was also given the 5 bottles for the required temporary routine tests to be taken in November. ACTION NEEDED: Awaiting results of repeat tests. | ||
