| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat samples for coliform positive sample were negative DETAILS: On October 1st a routine sample tested postive for the presence of coliform bacteria. 4 repeat samples taken October 3rd tested negative. I called and left a message for Martin that 5 routine samples need to be taken in November before they could resume their regular monthly sampling in December. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temporary routine samples in November. If results come back clean, resume normal routine schedule (1 sample per month) in December. | ||
